All orders are shipped via unique shipping service providers - USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground based on the location and shipping method selected at the checkout.  Delivery times may vary based on the availability of the stock. We require at least 3-7 business days for delivering the in-stock items on our standard or ground shipping orders. Please note that there will be no weekend delivery for USPS, and UPS unless you have reached us via phone during business hours for this request.

We only ship to Post Office Boxes via USPS.  We allow APO/FPO/AFO orders, but please get in touch with us for shipping rates while you are checking out. We may use a ground delivery option with UPS air delivery services if the estimated delivery date is modified with the customer’s day service requested and paid for.

All the orders placed before 3:00 pm EST (Monday-Friday) will have same-day shipping availability. We could process all the orders placed after 3:00 pm EST (Monday-Friday), or Weekends, or Holidays on the next business day. If You have any urgent requests after 3:00 pm EST (1:00 pm PST), please reach us.

Additional information

DrugTestPanels may request additional information for your order at our discretion.  This may include the requirement of signing a disclaimer so that we could charge your credit card for huge or bulk orders and additional shipping information for our seamless delivery.  We may require you to provide the shipping address the same as your billing address. If any situation emerges, DrugTestPanels may reach you either by phone or email to provide the necessary information regarding your order.  If you require delivery with the signature, please include this in your order notes.

We request you to take a look at the product description entirely for other limitations. State limitations might apply. Some of our drug testing kit products are made only for forensic or professional use.

We provide you an estimated time frame for our orders. They will vary based on the item availability, time of order placed, and the shipping service provider. DrugTestPanels cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any variation in the estimated delivery times or other service guidelines of the couriers that we use. DrugTestPanels cannot be held accountable for the delivery delays due to bad weather.

For your overnight shipping requests and orders placed on Friday, the order will arrive the following business day. Our shipping service providers do not deliver the orders on weekends or during holidays. If you need urgent delivery during weekend or Holiday, please contact us.

If you need to adjust or change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you should pay an additional fee that could help us to re-route your order to the new address. The customer would be held responsible for additional shipping charges for providing inaccurate delivery addresses.

We provide free shipping services for all orders above $75.00 within the Continental United States. This offer is not eligible for some areas of the USA like Hawaii or Alaska. Carrier calculated charges might apply for all the other shipping addresses outside the Continental United States. If your shipping and billing address does not contain a provided rate at the time of check out, please reach us at 877-487-4869 to place your order.

Free Shipping applies to only Standard Ground Shipping throughout the Continental United States.

International Shipping

We ship outside of the United States, covering all the countries in the world. But certain limitations may apply.

• Certain items that we sell are not usable outside the United States, and so those items cannot be included in your international orders. If you're not sure whether the particular item can be shipped to you, please call us before placing your order.
• DrugTestPanels is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to shipping service providers or the customs mishandling packages at check-in.
• As per your country’s taxation guidelines, we are not held responsible for additional customs fees or taxes that might apply to your order. Buyers should take responsibility for those matters. We assure you that we do not include customs charges on your order.
• Shipping charges may vary based on the destination and items purchased.

Returns and Refunds

• You are free to return any unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt (only if it is unopened and sealed in its original condition). We would charge you a 25% restocking fee along with the shipping charges.
• All returns/exchanges that you request require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us to get our RMA number if you are returning or exchanging your product.
• All the refunds follow the same payment method that you did while placing the order. You could expect the returns within 7-14 days of DrugTestPanels’ receipt of the returned merchandise.
• We endorse technology by using traceable shipping methods so that you could not lose your return shipment. Kindly send all returns to the address below.

• Please note: We check each order twice before shipping them. We are held responsible for all shipping charges if we have shipped incorrect or defective items.
• We could not refund you on processed lab services and other associated services. You could cancel your lab service order before the sample collection and 30 days before the registration from the expiration date. We could charge you a $20 fee for the service.
• All the clearance and merchandise ( short-dated) are finalized sales. Your Orders for the clearance merchandise may not be eligible for refunds or returns.
